It is generally recommended that customers change the air filter every 15,000 kilometers. Vehicles that often work in harsh environments should be replaced in deserts, construction sites, etc., no more than 10,000 kilometers. The service life of the air filter is 30,000 kilometers for cars and 80,000 kilometers for commercial vehicles, and the cost is about 100 yuan.

The content of dust particles in the air in different regions is different:
1. Generally speaking, there are more dust and particles in the north than in the south, and there is more dust in the northwest. Vehicle owners in the north may need to check more frequently, and check the filter element during each maintenance. In some wet and clean cities, the replacement cycle can be extended appropriately;
2. If you find only fine sand and dust, you can use an air gun to blow it off or "flick it" to remove the dust on it or you can continue to use it, but the air gun can't be used too forcefully, and the filter element is still relatively fragile. During the inspection, it was found that the air filter element was too dirty, and blowing may not achieve the effect. At this time, the filter element must be replaced. In addition, if a filter element is frequently blown and used for half a year, it is not advisable, and it will not have a good filter effect on dust if it is used for too long.
3. The air filter element can be said to be a very cheap accessory in the car. Compared with the price of adding some configuration or repairing it once, it does not cost much to change the air filter element frequently, so don't be lazy to clean or replace the filter element. Because the air filter element is too dirty, the consequences are definitely something you don't want to see.

Filtration requirements for filters:
1. High filtration precision: filter out all the larger particles 12um;
2. High filtration efficiency: reduce the number of particles passing through the filter;
3. Prevent early wear and tear of the engine. Prevent damage to the air flow meter;
4. Large filtering area, high ash holding capacity and long service life. Reduce operating expenses.
