【Mrefilter】The Maintenance for Conventional Air Filter

1、Dry inert air filter maintenance 
A. As for a dust cup air filter, when the dust in the cup up to the cup volume of 1/3 ,you need to clear;
B. As for a dust outlet air filter, you should clear the dust in time and keep it smoothly ;
C. As for a dust collection plate air filter, you should remove the dust collection plate and clean up the dust inside the disk, and brush the dust on the leaves;
D. As for a dust chamber, cyclone dust filter of the air filter ,you should use the brush to clean the dust regularly inside the dust room.

2、Wet inertia (oil bath) air filter maintenance
A. As for wet inertial air filter, the oil level need to be located in the oil tank at the groove of oil plate. If Oil level is too low, the filter will not achieve the role of filtration; if oil level is too high, it will easy to cause carbon deposition, then leading to abnormal engine operation
B. Need to replace the oil regularly and clean the oil pan.

3, Filtration-type air filter maintenance
The final stage of the air filter is a Filtration-type filter. In accordance with the filter material ,the structure of the different maintenance methods also are not the same.
A. Metal mesh filter. You should note that using kerosene or diesel to clean it , then install it after the excess oil come out , besides ,you should pay attention that filter element need to be infiltrated before the installation ;
B. Paper filter. The dust on the surface of the filter element can be removed by brushing or back-flushing.
