【Mrefilter】the maintenance of the air filter for tractors

According to air quality of the tractor’s working condition, doing the maintenance of the air filter of the tractors well can prevent the decreasing of the power effectively and then prolong the lifetime of the engine. In bad condition of the air quality, it can shorten the maintenance cycle.
When maintaining the air filter of tractors, it should check the sealing of each part strictly. After the maintenance of the filter, it should ensure that perfection of the gasket of the seal, the installing method is right and reliable.

The instructions of the maintenance of the air filter for tractors
1.When maintaining the air filters, make sure that the element has no access to water, fire, oil, avoiding being stained and damaged.
2.Be careful when dismantle, clean and install the element, not break down the element
3.When finding there is breakage or perforation of the element, it should stop using it immediately and change the new element.
4.If there is no spare element, it can stick the adhesive plaster or paper at the place of the breakage or perforation, after using for a while temporarily.
5.When maintaining the air filter of the tractor, it should check the sealing of air filter and intake tube and Cylinder head inlet 

The method to check the sealing of the air intake system
Start the engine and make it operate in idling steadily, dismantling the cover of the air filter, using the cotton to block the air suction pipe, the engine should be shut down in 3 to 5 seconds, or it shows there is leakage for the air intake system and it should be removed timely. The filter of the tractors is adopted with paper element and should not adopt this method, avoiding damaging the paper element.
