The attention of the natural gas filter maintenance
1. The maintenance of natural gas filter is similar to to fuel water seperator, which includes letting out water, discharging pollution and replacing element. Before maintaining the filters, it needs to close the switchvalve and release the pipeline pressure. Or it will cause the dangerous affair, especially the high-pressure element.
2. Pay attention to the letting out water, discharging pollution,normally it needs to discharge pollution every 3000kilometers. When the system releasing the pressure, it needs to open the down valve and discharge dust to the exhaust of the liquid and then close the down valve.
3. The quantity of the impurities in natural gas determins the lifetime of the filter element.Replacing the oil filter each time or replacing the filter element every 10000kilometer. If the air source is clean, the replace milage can be prolonged to 20000 or 30000 kilometers
