Dry air filter, mainly refers to the microporous fiber filter, light weight, small size, low cost.
Working principle of dry type air filter
Dry air filter, assemble with air filter cartridge, pre filter, filter, dust collector, dust bag, etc.. Filter working principle is the cyclone dust collection.
Dry air filter is the first stage of a pre filter device into the air filter air generated by swirling, centrifugal effect, separating the larger dust particles to the centrifugal periphery. After the coarse filter air through the paper filter, to further the small dust in the air separation, and adhesion in the filter paper outside the surface, complete filter air.

Dry air filter maintenance
When install the parts of air filter, you should pay attention to the position. If air filter housing is broken, place replace it immediately.
When cleaning the filters, the filter paper cannot be cleaned by water or oil. After cleaned the dust, observe whether there is any damage, if the filter is damaged should be replaced immediately.
General speaking, every six months should replace the filter element, paper filter can only be maintenance for 3 times. The air inlet system of the two stage air filter is installed, which needs to shorten the maintenance period of the first stage air filter, so as to prevent the back pressure of the air inlet to exceed the limit value of the engine, and affect the performance of the engine.
